I work at the intersection of analytics, strategy and communications, helping organisations understand what people think, why it matters, and what to do about it.In my current role, I lead multi-market insight projects across brand, reputation and audience performance. This includes analysing social, media and stakeholder data, and translating it into clear recommendations used by senior teams to shape positioning, communications and strategy.I’m particularly interested in the space between analysis and creative output.
