ABOUT SOFIASZUSTER

I’m a marketing professional with a strong background in storytelling, brand development, hospitality, sustainability, and brand activations. I enjoy combining strategic thinking with creative execution, using both data and design to build campaigns that connect with people and strengthen brand presence.I hold an MBA from Florida International University and a BS in Marketing and Management from Florida State University. Currently, I work as Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove, where I manage projects ranging from email marketing, website updates, social media content, photoshoots, and event coordination to high-impact brand activations. I partner with PR teams, agencies, and senior leadership to create campaigns, host events, and keep the brand top of mind. I also handle client inquiries, support sales reporting, and help maintain smooth operations through platforms such as Salesforce and Opera.Sustainability is another area I’m passionate about. I lead the hotel’s Green Team, manage our Green Key Global certification, and run monthly staff meetings to ensure sustainability efforts stay on track. Some initiatives I’ve helped drive include Compost for Life and Glass for Life, both demonstrating how luxury and sustainability can coexist.
