Currently working as a digital news and features sub-editor for The Telegraph, with a strong focus on accuracy, legal compliance and house style. I work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom environment, collaborating across multiple desks to ensure stories are sharp, clear and publication-ready.I initially joined the Moderation team in June 2024 on a short-term contract during the UK General Election, applying my in-depth knowledge of media law to moderate reader comments. At its peak, the site was receiving more than comments a day, and I was responsible for flagging potentially libellous or legally sensitive content to editors, lawyers and technical teams.Following the election, I continued as a regular freelance moderator, covering both day and evening shifts, before moving to the production desk as a sub-editor for news in November 2024 and features in September 2025.
