As a AI & Data Engineer within a team dedicated to digital transformation, I played a role in the development, deployment, and industrialization of end-to-end machine learning solutions.In this pivotal position, I worked with diverse and complex industrial data, strengthening my expertise in MLOps, scalable architectures, and automation. My responsibilities included- Designing and implementing robust, scalable data pipelines for the collection, storage, routing, transformation, and validation of large volumes of structured and unstructured data- Leading exploratory data analysis and research, transforming business needs into actionable insights and building functional prototypes to validate hypotheses- Developing and optimizing machine learning models, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reproducibility. I handled sensitive use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality control, and anomaly detection- Managing multi-model architectures, including model orchestration, deployment strategies, and parallel experimentation to address diverse business requirements- Integrating OCR (Optical Character Recognition) workflows to extract and process information from scanned documents and images, contributing to intelligent document processing pipelines- Ensuring smooth and secure CI/CD processes for ML workflows using Git, Docker, Azure Cloud, and on-premise virtual machines. I implemented automation scripts and monitored deployments for compliance and reliability- Overseeing the full machine learning lifecycle, from model versioning, training, retraining, and deployment, to production monitoring using advanced telemetry, anomaly detection, and drift detection strategies.This experience allowed me to build resilient AI systems that are not only efficient and scalable but also maintainable and aligned with real-world constraints in industrial environments.
