I am joining ASML for my final-year internship within the Mechatronics department, working on a project entitled “Contactless Air-Gap Measurement.”The objectives of this internship are to- Develop and evaluate contactless measurement methods for micro air-gaps in high-precision mechatronic systems- Contribute to the design and optimization of sensors and calibration methods suited for complex industrial environments- Work at the intersection of electronics, mechatronics, and metrology, in close collaboration with ASML’s R&D teams.
