ABOUT SOFIANE BARÈCHE
A graduate of a Masters Degree in International Management and Purchasing, I am currently working as a Purchasing Director in Germany.Purchasing functions are today becoming the key to ensure companies competitiveness. This brings several challenges such as buying at the right price with the right quality while creating and maintaining a good relationship with suppliers.My current position and collaboration with Forvia is allowing me to find answers to these questions and consequently develop my purchasing skills. Annual negotiations, Supply Chain improvements, VAVE actions, Panel Competitiveness and Management are several elements amongst others I am able to put in place and conduct. All these elements are contributing to build and deploy a strong Purchasing Strategy from short to long term. The experiences I have accumulated within the Automotive Industry and Purchasing field over the last 10 years allow me to be resilient and a pivot to drive changes.
