Spending time and energy covering up their weaknesses, managing other people\'s impressions of them, showing themselves to their best advantage, playing politics, hiding their inadequacies, hiding their uncertainties, hiding their limitations. This is the single biggest loss of resources that organizations suffer every day.\"* I\'m an organizational psychologist with a background in leadership development, group facilitation, workshop design, and learning organizations. My goal is to bridge necessary changes at the organizational level with the inner work required at the individual level to create organizations that are hubs of productivity, growth, and wellbeing. Robert Kegan and Chris Argyris have deeply influenced my approach to organizational psychology, and my background is informed by adult learning theory, adult development theory, and every self-development exercise I\'ve tried over the last decade.
