As Supervisor of the Premium Suites at the Kaseya Center, my role is to help lead the service throughout Miami Heat games & other events held at the arena. My goal is to make sure all our guests are having extraordinary experiences while our team is running as efficiently as possible. Working alongside the suite owners to assure their expectations are exceeded is one of my key roles and I\'m so grateful to be able to use my creativity, passion, and dedication to hospitality in this position.
