Serving as the Acting NIWC Pacific Facilities strategic planning lead and finalizing the 2025 Strategic Facilities 5 Year Plan comprised of 205 facilities/structures-maintained assets dedicated to research, development and testing technological capabilities. First-level supervisor of facilities personnel which consists of facility planners, environmental planner, and construction managers.Managing and overseeing all branch functions and services executed by government employees and contractor personnel to include Asset Evaluations, Basic Facilities Requirements (BFR), MILCON, space management, facilities environmental planning, construction management, real estate, site approvals, safety approvals for communication equipment placement and relocatable storage requests.Overseeing the research and development MILCON planning efforts and external coordination, facilitate requirements gathering and analysis for current and future fiscal year facilities projects, and assist with managing the planning, project management, and construction management for minor construction and repair projects, including Capital Improvement Program (CIP) funded projects budgeted at an estimated $146 million dollars.
