About Sofia Trotta
In the final 500 meters of a championship rowing race, every second counts. As the coxswain, my job was to lead under pressure, adapt in real time, and keep my team focused on execution, skills I now bring to the professional world. My path’s been anything but linear: I studied Government and Economics, earned an M.S. in Exercise & Sports Studies, and built experience in marketing and branding. Along the way, I’ve developed strengths in communication, organization, and strategy, especially when things are moving fast. I’m currently seeking roles where I can make a meaningful impact, whether through administrative support, marketing strategy, or creative execution.
