About Sofia Robirosa

I am a passionately committed therapist, focusing in helping my clients transform their lives and relationships; whether it is your relationship with yourself, a significant other, or a family member. I strive to assist in obtaining change with only the right amount of sessions, so I see therapy as a brief resource in my client\'s lives. Using a strength based approach, I empower my clients in their journey of finding solutions with care and curiosity. In my work with couples, I help with issues regarding communication, affair recovery, rekindling the spark, improving feelings of trust, and pre-marital counseling. I also help individuals with relationship concerns such as with their dating life or to recover from a breakup or divorce. With families, I have extensive experience working with children and their families on areas such as family transitions, communication, parenting, co-parenting, behavioral issues, and defiance. I am an ally of the LTBQ community. I am fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
