I am responsible for project managing the delivery of mobile applications and associated tools across\\\\nthe business. Working with the Senior Digital Product Owner and Marketing Technology Manager to\\\\nmaintain the roster of providers and then ensure solutions are delivered on time, to budget and drive great customer experience.\\\\n• Working with an agreed roster of mobile app suppliers, ensuring great supplier management, which leads to effective and efficient delivery for the UK shows and that SLAs are understood and delivered on;\\\\n• Working with the Senior Digital Product Owner and Marketing Technology Manager to identify new products and tools, which support improved customer experience, providing support to the pilot, test and learn process;\\\\n• Using and managing clear and concise product documentation for each roadmap, including budgets, plans, risks, issues and progress reports\\\\n• During the COVID pandemic, I worked on converting our events to virtual format and later provide solutions for a hybrid model.\\\\n• Managed the project to migrate the JIRA tool from one instance to another within the business, designing a cleaner framework and migrating active content across before discontinuing the old instance.\\\\n• Working on onboarding the business onto the new instance of JIRA, in order to be able to track requests and effort\\\\n• Project managed the migration of two events from the Middle East business unit to UK BU.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
