Program Manager passionate about building scalable, high-impact community and workforce initiatives. I lead global programs, streamline operations, and develop cross-functional strategies that drive growth, engagement, and efficiency.I’m a Duke University graduate with a background in Political Science, Psychology, and Education, and am passionate about building programs that scale thoughtfully and engage communities meaningfully. Currently, I’m a Program Manager at Applause, where I lead the global Ambassador Program—overseeing 800+ contributors across 60+ countries—and manage the global Community Outreach Team, consisting of 25 employees and contractors. I also manage influencer recruitment pilots, drive tester engagement campaigns, and lead the women\'s ERG at the company.Previously, I managed operations for workforce development programs at Girls Who Code, supporting students through internships, leadership development, and direct placement into the tech industry. My work there spanned everything from onboarding seasonal staff to negotiating vendor contracts, streamlining operations, and building playbooks that enable team success.At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to building strong systems, scalable solutions, and programs that grow with intention.
