About Sofia Kakleas
Hello! My name is Sofia Kakleas and I am a recent graduate of Sant Mary’s College of California. I received a BS in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a minor in Sociology in May of 2024. During my college career, I participated in various leadership roles including being the Founder and President of Saint Mary’s Against Cancer, a club that focuses on spreading cancer education and awareness. Other opportunities I was a part of included running a Peer Grief Support Group for individuals who have lost a family member to cancer, being on the executive team for the Peer Advocates for Wellness Club, and interning through the Mission & Ministry Center as a Faith in the Vaccine Ambassador, where I helped educate individuals on the importance of receiving the Covid-19 Vaccine in Latinx Community. I have worked in the ABA field as a Registered Behavioral Technician for almost 3 years, specifically in early intervention. I plan to continue my education in School Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
