Je suis actuellement en stage chez First Conciergerie, une conciergerie de luxe fondée il y a plus de quatre ans, en tant que Business Developer.Mon rôle est assez polyvalent : je prospecte de nouveaux partenaires, gère les campagnes marketing sur Google, TikTok, Snapchat et Instagram, et anime nos réseaux sociaux au quotidien. Je m\'occupe aussi de la mise à jour du site et du sourcing d\'influenceurs adaptés à notre univers premium.Côté commercial, je suis impliquée dans toute la relation client : de la présentation de nos services à la vente, en passant par le suivi rigoureux des fiches clients. Et en parallèle, je participe à la conception et l\'organisation d\'événements, en gérant les échanges avec nos sponsors et partenaires du début à la fin.C\'est une expérience qui m\'apprend énormément sur le business development dans le luxe, et qui me permet de toucher à des domaines aussi variés que la négociation, le marketing digital ou la gestion de projet.I am currently interning at First Conciergerie, a luxury concierge company founded over four years ago, as a Business Developer.My role is quite versatile: I prospect new partners, manage marketing campaigns on Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram, and oversee our daily social media activity. I am also responsible for updating the website and sourcing influencers who align with our premium positioning.On the commercial side, I am involved in the entire client relationship process: from presenting our services to closing sales, as well as maintaining and updating client records with precision. In parallel, I contribute to the design and organization of events, managing communications with our sponsors and partners from start to finish.This experience is teaching me a great deal about business development in the luxury sector and allows me to work across diverse areas such as negotiation, digital marketing, and project management.

ABOUT SOFIA GENCEL
I\'m currently in my third year of a Bachelor\'s degree at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, specializing in International Business. What really interests me is understanding how businesses work across borders and cultures, and figuring out how to create strategies that actually resonate with people.I\'ve always learned best by doing. That\'s pushed me to seek out pretty varied experiences: from customer-facing roles that taught me how to listen and adapt, to my internship at Break a Leg Management in London, where I got to wear many different hats as an Assistant Agent. These opportunities really challenged me and pushed me to grow.Living and working abroad changed my perspective of the world. You learn to adapt quickly, pick up on cultural nuances, and get comfortable with uncertainty. I\'ve realized I work best in environments that mix strategy with creativity and actual human interaction: marketing projects, international coordination, that sort of thing.Right now I\'m actively looking for an international internship starting January 2026 where I can take on real responsibility and keep pushing myself. I\'m particularly drawn to roles in marketing, event management, communication, project management, hospitality or customer relations.
