In this role, I approach Product Design as a core function that impacts and is impacted by many different parts of an organization.I work closely with other teams (marketing, devs, strategy) resulting in a holistic understanding of the product ecosystem. Through this multidisciplinary approach, I have been able to create more comprehensive and impactful design solutions. I :• Am part of the Product team. With a focus on the onboarding (from the signup to the end of the registration, the gathering of the documents needed, the interaction with customer care), the user activation, and on all the small elements that appear cross-platform (consistency).• Research through benchmark analysis and user test data to collect insights to help me design flows and improve the overall user experience on the app. Collect feedback through our community and user interviews. • Use Design thinking methodologies, adopting a user-centric design mentality and user testing mid-fidelity prototype to craft solutions and translate vision into impact as fast as possible.Specifically, we adopt an Agile methodology.• Our process aims to ship an MVP first, followed by data collection. These data, and the insights we extract from them, allow us to improve our work and change/adjust the product.• Work closely with the marketing team to shape together the Tone of Voice of our product and make it consistent throughout all the touchpoints.Personally, I think there\'s a lot that could be done in the Fintech sector for the user experience on an emotional level.The topic, the field, and all the actions related to the management of a business, the cashflows and the fiscal administration can carry a lot of anxiety and doubts. I always try to consider not only the functional side of the experience but also to put a little bit of magic here and there to lighten the mood and maybe get a smile
