I’m Sofia Azam, Founder & Group CEO of Skills4Startups®, EE+ & IgniteQuals Services - and a Global Government Education Regulatory Consultant. I help founders turn ideas into high-performing businesses by combining alternative, skills-driven learning with practical, real-world strategies. After nearly 5 years as a Government Education Regulator and 8+ years in vocational education consultancy, I saw the limitations of traditional learning. I founded Skills4Startups® to create accessible, high-impact entrepreneurial education that empowers founders to innovate, scale and thrive.Through our Global Business Roadshows, I’ve taken S4S from the UK to the USA, connecting founders, investors, and mentors in immersive learning experiences.
