I am responsible for creating, recording, and maintaining all training data and repository related to the trainings, as well as coordinating and assisting trainers with both operations and behavioral trainings. Additionally also working with Learning Management Systems like Gearhub.com, Seamless Hub, and Infinity, as well as HR portals like ZingHR. I have delivered behavioral trainings on skill development such as Interpersonal Skills, Time Management Skills, and Communication Skills, and have experience using Microsoft365 and AWS also created and modified content related to internal trainings, and have delivered leadership trainings to various levels of management. I have also helped the HR Engagement team in conducting team building and fun floor activities, and have prepared content on Setting and Reviewing Performance, Manager Effectiveness, Emotional Quotient, Effective Managerial Communication, POSH, Induction, Campus to Corporate Programs, Office Etiquette’s, and Stress Management. You have hands-on experience in conducting personality analysis using various tools such as Thomas Profiling (DISC, Basic Version), Johari Window, and Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence. Lastly, I have presented the T&D team on various review meetings and performance management meetings, and have expertise in conducting TNI by applying various methodologies like Case Studies, Practical Activities, Real life situations, and conducting Teach the Trainer sessions on a regular basis.
