With three decades of corporate experience across two highly regulated industries—banking and airlines—along with a deep understanding of global cultures and markets through travel to 39 countries, I bring a unique skill set. My expertise in relationship management, customer service, and people management ensures that I can navigate complex environments, fostering collaboration across different sectors. Additionally, my Scrum training allows me to introduce agile methodologies that enhance efficiency and adaptability.
