We are a social enterprise delivering transformational learning and development programmes for people and organisations working for social purpose. Each area has a team that supports local organisations, tutors and learners.Quality & Accreditation:Recognition for work-based learning is provided by accredited qualification through the Institute of Leadership & Management and we are committed to continuous improvement using the EFQM framework. This means we are subject to rigorous quality control processes and offer highly regarded qualifications.Working in Partnership:We are a strategic delivery partner of the Scottish Government for the Enterprising Third Sector. Many of our programmes are developed in partnership with other organisations to meet specific objectives within a sector, network, organisation or team.
