About Christopher Council

Hands-on technical leader with experience in many domains. Among them: advertising, analytics, devops, infrastructure, fintech, education, e-commerce, bioinformatics, games, healthcare. I\'ve worked with many different types of clients and companies (non-profit, academic, government, commercial, startup, unicorn, global, national, regional, local). I’ve managed teams across multiple time zones (nope, I haven’t had to deal with teams on other planets yet).Long history of excellence in technology and problem solving. First place nationwide in the American Computer Science League individual competition during my senior year of high school. Led my school team to fifth place nationwide during my junior year. This, in turn, led me to MIT. and that, in turn, led me down the road to my current career path.I\'m a lot of fun to work with. Placed first in the Utah State Mountain Biking Championships at age 18. I was also a ski racer and instructor in college. I\'ve played on the field at Candlestick Park and I\'ve been swimming with sharks. I bring levity (and clarity) to a grim situation, I keep a cool head in a crisis, and I never lose sight of the summit:)
