Managed the Allegro implementation to replace legacy ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) systems. Led a project to effectively manage gas sales and invoicing for the company’s Gathering and Processing Business unit within Allegro. • IT Strategy: Led the development of a strategic road map to consolidate systems for the ONEOK Energy Services Company. As a result, the team was able to consolidate all functions of the company’s Gas Trading and Risk Management activity into a single integrated software package. • Team Development: Recruited and mentored an IT support/development team of senior to junior developers/analysts. Excellent at developing and maintaining key relationships across the organization (both IT and business). Very effective at managing employees and providing superior customer service. This was evident in an anonymous 360 survey that was completed by employees, customers, peers, and supervisor. Scored almost 90% which was well above the average of 60%.
