Supplier Quality performance tracking through performing regular performance evaluation. Plan & conduct supplier QMS, Technical evaluation and re-evaluation Prepare supplier improvement plan and monitor. To work on Supplier process improvement for better quality, to reduce in-process rejection & Line rejection. Review and approve supplier Quality inspection standard/ Inspection agreement. Responsible for supplier rejection trend charts, Pareto analysis for highlighting high rejection components to bring awareness and necessary actions. Monitor and review supplier related NCRs / CAR and verify corrective action implementation. Review engineering drawing to determine part critical characteristics and required process controls and provide feedback/proposal to purchasing and sourcing, etc. Function as quality system and technical liaison between purchasing, customers and supplier to resolve supplier quality issues and provide technical judgment. Plan and execute supplier training related to product and process awareness. Strive for first time right (FTR) accuracy of supplier products, MTC also ensure traceability, process control, functional test demonstrations. Identify special processes required and suitable suppliers for New product development Preparation and updating of documents, formats, Check sheet and procedures as per the IATF 16949 system guidance/customer to achieve customer satisfaction. Responsible for supplier PCR and monitor of changes at supplier and verification of process validation reports. Initiating, implementation & Verifying effectiveness of corrective actions at supplier end. Involvement in Child Part Development activities like Sample preparation, SIR verification, verification of PPAP documents and IFC.
