I am pursuing a master\'s degree in Hospitality Management (IMHI) at ESSEC Business School, where I am developing both strategic and operational expertise. I have made it a priority to immerse myself in the industry by taking on hands-on operational roles. Through various extra shifts and internships in hotels, I have gained a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities of hospitality operations, allowing me to master the environment in which I aim to innovate. This foundation helps me connect with the teams I work with, better anticipate operational challenges, and build meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization.Currently, I am refining my project management and strategic planning abilities at Louvre Hotels Group, where I am gaining valuable insights into hospitality operations on a global scale. Alongside my practical experience, I rely on strong interpersonal skills—such as empathy, patience, and active listening—to foster collaboration and navigate complex projects effectively. Through these experiences, I am building a strong foundation to lead initiatives that leverage hospitality as a tool for sustainable development and community empowerment. My key strengths include operational excellence, hands-on experience, and the ability to connect with and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
