As a hospital nurse leader, I designed and delivered innovative and evidence-based programs and initiatives that enhanced the professional growth, competency, and retention of nursing leaders across the organization. With over 21 years of experience in management, education, and staff development, I have a passion for developing and empowering healthcare providers to excel in their roles and advance their careers.My background in geriatric and adult health, as well as my military service as a US Navy Commander, have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex and dynamic healthcare environments, foster collaboration and communication, and drive quality outcomes and performance improvement. I also hold a Master of Science in Nursing degree and a Nurse Coach Collective Certification, which enables me to apply the latest research and best practices in nursing education and coaching. My mission is to inspire and support leaders to achieve excellence in patient care, safety, and quality initiatives.
