I worked on requirements, analysis, design, testing and implementation for LIMS implementation and Worked on PBM, NCPDP, Specialty Pharmacy, COB’s etc. including Mail Order Pharmacy and Chromatography Systems.Responsibilities: Worked with Product Owners, IT SME\'s and Architecture team to document requirements to implement Mobility based on Agile Scrum framework. Performed GAP analysis to list benefits of implementing mobility to deploy applications on IPad(TO-BE) to existing systems which used laptops(AS-IS). Actively involved in discussion with ‘Small Molecules’ and ‘Large Molecules teams’ in analyzing the business requirements and converting them into functional requirements. While working under the guidance of the PMO Board, coordinated with various business units and departments (Chemistry, Biology and Chromatography) and assisted in the procurement, selection, design and configuration of the proposed Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to ensure optimal operational performance. Transformed the users’ requirements into functional requirements leveraging both the LIMS/ELN architecture and functionality. Created “As-Is” process diagrams to identify bottle-neck areas and potential improvements within business processes against “To-be” workflow process diagrams to illustrate data exchange and ROI of proposed LIMS system.
