   Paul has been a pioneer in ushering in a new era of architecture into the US by developing a very successful business branch at Structurflex called FlexFacades (aka: tensile, textile, fabric, flexible or bioclimatic facades). FlexFacades provides an economical screening system on a facade of a building or parking garage using exterior grade tensile mesh, membrane or clear foil/film. These various tensile materials are framed and tensioned by a specialized aluminum extrusion system either surface mounted or undulating systems incorporating structural steel standoffs/framework. Tensile facades are all over Europe; Paul and his team have taken these tried and true specialized facade systems and have adapted them into the US market. Paul, who is also a shareholder, educates architects, designers, engineers, contractors, facility managers and building owners in developing unique economical solutions; providing design assistance/concept development, detailing, preliminary engineering (analysis, steel sizing, modeling), performance specifications and estimating.• DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Foster relationships with the A/E/C community to develop new markets.• DIRECTOR OF ESTIMATION: Oversee our Project Estimators, Budgeting Pricing, Proposals (Engineering/Design Services, Design-Assist, Design-Build, Bid-Build Proposals).• DIRECTOR OF DESIGN: Design-Assist, Concept Development & Detailing, Engineering & 3D Modeling Analysis/Reactions of the various design and documentation stages:(SD) Schematic Design,(DD) Design Development,(CD) Construction Documents;• DIRECTOR OF SPECIFICATIONS: Material expert (Membrane or Mesh, Film/Foil: Coated-PES, PTFE (Glass Fiber), PVDF, ePTFE, ETFE, STFE, Laminated PTFE Mesh) & 3-Part Specifications;• DIRECTOR OF MARKETING: Oversee all Website Development, Social Media & Advertising Campaigns, Networking Events & Trade Shows;• SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS: Educational Presentations, Lunch-n-Learns, & Conferences.
