The NFL Media Design Group is an in-house creative, design, and animation studio of 70+ people who deliver world-class productions to NFL Network, NFL.com, NFL+, the NFL FAST channel and more. My role includes oversight of active technology implementation and project and change management for key initiatives. I work closely with producers, artists, and executives to maximize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, problem-solve, and liaise/collaborate with Production, Digital Media, Network Engineering, Integrated Sales, Media Administration, and IT Solutions, as well as our counterparts at NFL Films and League operations. Evaluates and recommends new technology platforms and tools; performs business analysis, UI/UX design, and project planning/project management when bespoke solutions are required.
