I am a Registered Nurse, strategist, & a creative woman who has learned to move fluidly between structure & intuition, precision & expression.With over 20 years of experience as an RN & a master’s degree in Nursing Leadership & Administration (MSN), my professional foundation is rooted in healthcare systems, executive leadership, & national program implementation. I have worked extensively within the VA, including Care in the Community programs, supporting large-scale systems redesign, policy implementation, & cross-sector collaboration to improve care delivery for our Veteran population; within the OIG investigating & implementing national healthcare oversight & change; & the VBA through contracted engagements supporting national initiatives.My expertise spans change management, strategic planning, systems redesign, executive support, & complex program implementation. I have served as a nurse consultant, nurse manager, project lead, & sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) across both government and private sectors. I am particularly known for my ability to step in when things go wrong — restoring trust, repairing communication breakdowns, & rebuilding relationships. In fact, I proudly maintained a 100 percent success rate in recovering VA vendors & external partners during periods of operational failure.Alongside this work, I have always been a writer, editor, & creator. I enjoy shaping complex information into clear, meaningful narratives & have contributed written & edited material across professional and consulting environments.Equally essential to who I am is my art. My mixed-media work is both an outlet & a calling—a space where healing, vulnerability, resilience, & beauty converge. Art has been a lifelong companion, offering not only personal restoration but connection with others navigating their own difficult seasons. My work has been featured in hospital, private, & gallery exhibitions, collected privately, & created for individuals including celebrities & members of royal families. I am especially proud of the role my art has played in supporting charitable causes, particularly initiatives benefiting Veterans, children & animal shelters.At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: small actions matter.
