I build clarity in messy, early-stage environments — setting up systems, solving for scale, and driving sharp user outcomes.Most of my roles began before formal teams or structures existed. Whether scaling live classes at FrontRow, building GTM from scratch at Experiment Labs, or designing hiring engines at XcaleUp — I stepped in when nothing existed and helped shape what came next.At FrontRow, I scaled live learning from 0 to 120+ batches, leading ops, onboarding, and CX. I built the demo engine (₹1.3Cr in 2 months), fixed onboarding leaks, launched CS from scratch, and rewired retention using data-led insights and user feedback.At Experiment Labs, I joined pre-product as an EIR. I closed the first paid users, tested multiple GTM levers (school outreach, psychometrics, internship funnels), and codified trust-building insights like parent–student co-attendance. This work led to our first investor term sheet — validating both monetization and belief.At XcaleUp, I helped early-stage founders hire better, faster. We built structured JD flows, founder–candidate fit models, and internal vetting systems. We closed 7 out of 8 roles in our first month — proving even early-stage hiring chaos can be productized.Back in college, I co-founded The Thrift Cave, an Instagram resale store that scaled to ₹18L revenue with zero capital. From story drops and open bags to high-AOV product streams and B2B resale — we built 4 revenue channels and 7K organic followers through demand-led sourcing and lean ops.Across everything, I bring scrappy execution, sharp consumer instincts, and the drive to lead with impact — whether in GTM, retention, or cross-functional problem solving.
