This monthly magazine provides inspiration, motivation and knowledge to senior citizens. Through the Loneliness Mitigation Centers (\"Chai Masti\"), Dignity provides an opportunity to senior citizens to engage in structured activities like yoga, tai ichi, bridge, computer classes, music, dance, etc. and interact with peers on a daily basis.
