About Snigdha Singh
A seasoned HR Professional with experience across diverse sectors (FMCG, Pharma, Startup) and proven delivery in all facets of HR - COEs (Talent Mgmt, Rewards, Performance Mgmt, Shared Services, Employee Relations) and Business Partnering across all employee bases (Corporate, manufacturing, Sales) in multiple geographies in India and International markets. An Alumnus of TISS (2010) and LSR (2008), I bring twelve years of excellence through building, nurturing and leading cohesive, mission-driven and collaborative teams in HR and Business teams. I am currently working with OYO as Vice President HR leading HR for International markets (US, UK, LATAM) and our non-Hotel verticals of Weddingz, Workspaces (Innov8, Workflo) et al along with leading the HR COE verticals of Rewards & Mobility, Global Payroll delivery, HR Tech & Shared Services, ER & Statutory Compliance, Talent Management and Development. Winner of several Individual awards such as \"Are You in the List (People Matters, 2016)\",\"Women Achiever of the Year (Genius, 2016)\" and \"Best of the Best HR Professional\'(Cipla, 2017) amongst other individual recognitions for professional delivery in the HR domain. Runner Up in \"HR Analytics\" at \"SHRM Excellence Awards 2020\".I am firmly grounded in the belief that ‘Change is the only Constant’, with my journey so far being testimony to facilitating people initiatives to enable business growth and best-in-class employee experience. I have been extremely fortunate to have worked with best in the industry and learnt under their aegis the skill of being a Professional in its true sense. I take pride in being honest to my work and people around me – I call the spade a spade and am not afraid to ask questions. I am based at Bangalore, with my husband Saurabh Chaudhuri, also an HR professional and TISS alumnus, a curious and creative five year old daughter and a super enthusiastic two year old son, we are fortunate to have extended family and friends close to us to keep us in best stead as we pursue our endeavours at work! In my spare time, I enjoy designing personalised gifts for my family and friends. I also have a keen interest in writing and keep taking jabs at it whenever I can. My life motto is ‘God, grant me the courage to change things I can, the serenity to accept those I can’t and the wisdom to know the difference!’
