I am a Rehabilitation Council of India certified Clinical Psychologist and a Digital Mental Health Expert with professional experience of more than 13 years. Having majored from Ranchi Institute of Neuropsychiatry and Allied Sciences (RINPAS), I have 4 years of research and professional experience from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS), an institute of national importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India. I am keen on Digital Mental Health and innovation of AI driven Mental Health products, which are currently my key research areas. Post my last successful stint as the Head of Mental Wellness Specialty at Mfine, An AI driven Health Tech company, I have now Joined Mave Health, an AI driven Mental Health Startup that addresses Depression and Anxiety with Neurostimulation technology and a holistic multidimensional module of treatment.So far, I have provided more than mental health consultations, that include various population such as children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics and forensics. I have special interest and training in handling cases pertaining to relationship and adjustment issues. I have professional experience in Psychometric testing and therapies like CBT, Psychoanalytic and Humanistic therapies. I also have experience in Psycho-Physiological therapies like Neurofeedback & Neurorehabilitation. I have significantly worked in the areas of stress and disaster management. I am a queer affirmative & trauma informed therapist who has insights into the unique challenges individuals face. Through tailored approaches, I aim to facilitate personal growth and foster resilience in the face of life\'s complexities for all my clients. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in ‘client centrism’. I would describe my therapeutic style as patient, non-judgemental, and compassionate. I have special interest in conducting Mental Health Webinars. So far, I have conducted more than 200 webinars, delivered public talks and have contributed to panel discussions across various multinational companies. Some of my key clients have been Amazon, HSBC, American Express, AU Bank, RBI, Myntra, Marsh, WTW, Wiley, only to name a few. I am also passionate about destigmatizing mental health and fostering open conversations by delivering engaging and informative podcasts that empower and educate the masses.I believe in neutralizing mental health disorders.
