I believe that adaptive project management is critical for delivering exceptional project results. In today\'s world, it is not about whether a project should be approached traditionally or with newer agile methods. Success comes through a blend of both!As an experienced Project/Program Manager, I help clients deliver project results that drive business growth, cost reduction, and increased operating profit.
