Support strategic planning across supplier portfolio• Support subcontracts planning for developing proposals for Defense Health Agency’s T-5 (TriCare) competitive solicitation/RFP which is a multi-billion dollar international services contract; This support includes negotiating Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, issuance of RFIs, and evaluation of potential pricing and contract language• Lead team of subcontract support staff that works closely with vendors and Optum’s vendor management team to resolve performance issues and pending modifications with subcontractors• Monitor and address compliance issues related to performance standards required by the subcontracts• Monitor and ensure compliance with prime contract flow-down clauses, including Service Contract Act terms and required Small Business Goal planning and reporting
