Hi there! I’m Snezhana, an HR Digital Consultant with a passion for transforming the way organizations approach Technology, HR Digital Solutions and Digitalization overall. My career kicked off in the traditional HR space, where I quickly realized the pivotal role of technology in truly making a difference in how we engage with talent and streamline processes. As a highly ambitious individual with comprehensive international and cross-functional experience in different HR, HR IT and HRIS projects, I thrive on helping teams navigate the complexities of digital transformation, and I’m particularly excited about the intersection of technology and human connection. I’ve learned that the journey of digitalization is as much about mindset as it is about technology. This is why I find my role at Beiersdorf so fulfilling - in my team, we drive HR Digital Transformation together with our stakeholders by modernizing, standardizing and digitalizing our HR Processes and bringing our tools to the next level to support all our employees in their daily work.With the hype around AI, Digitalisation and the fast-paced, ever changing environment we navigate trough, I am also passionate about finding the right balance. Sometimes, this means putting a pause, reflecting and ensuring you take your mind off work. One of my core beliefs is that we can achieve great results without sacrificing our well-being and therefore balance is key. That’s why I’m passionate about promoting work-life balance and mindfulness in the workplace and have recently embarked on a journey myself of managing work and mental health better.I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, so I am looking forward to network, share insights and inspiration!
