   I led consulting-based research engagements in the Future of Work domain, partnering with global stakeholders to deliver strategic insights that shaped enterprise workforce strategies and were showcased on Gartner’s global platform. Published multiple papers on strategic workforce planning; two publications exceeded domain benchmark and were discussed at the 2024 Gartner HR Symposium.
