Status tracking / Reporting – • Maintaining the Contract, SOWs, POs, Invoices etc.• Reporting cycles, risk management, change management, documentation management, team-spaces, budget controlling mechanism, resource management for all program• ELF Tracking and Floor Anchor (Cubicle and Space Allocation)• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.• Risk Management.
