Hello, I\'m Sneha! I lead the Software Quality Engineering Department and Internal Tooling teams at Everfi, where I’ve had the opportunity to guide our quality efforts through several organizational transitions - from Everfi’s acquisition by Blackbaud to our current chapter under private equity.My work focuses on building scalable testing processes, advancing automation, and developing internal tools that help teams move faster and with confidence. I’ve worked across a range of domains in quality engineering, and while I care deeply about creating reliable platforms, I also am very passionate about fostering psychologically safe, high-performing teams.Outside of work, I love sharing what I learn through blogging, speaking, and hosting Code Her Stories - a YouTube podcast where we talk about career growth, tech trends, and personal passions.
