At Pepper, I\'ve navigated multiple transitions—from Customer Success leadership to managing a 300-account portfolio, then pioneering revenue-focused vertical planning with concentration in the BFSI sector.My career-defining achievement has been conceptualising and scaling Pepper Creative from inception to a robust 35Cr operation in just two years—essentially building and running what functions as my own company within the larger organisation. This somewhat entrepreneurial venture compressed what would typically be a five-year learning curve into an accelerated growth experience.In my current capacity, I lead a team of 35 professionals across Business Development, Account Management, Client Servicing, Video Production, and our Centre of Excellence. This comprehensive oversight spans full P&L responsibility, strategic direction, capability building, and expanding our creator ecosystem through both marketplace development and in-house expertise.On the Business side, after successfully establishing our BFSI vertical, I identified FMCG as an untapped opportunity at Pepper Content. Developing this previously unexplored sector became a catalyst for the creation of Pepper Creative, and today it remains a key vertical that I continue to expand from a new business perspective. My client portfolio now includes collaborative partnerships with industry leaders such as ITC Ltd, HUL, Flipkart, Marico, Wipro Consumer, and Adani Ltd.
