Fincantieri Marine Group is also a primary US Navy contractor for building ships like LCS, Frigates, and Offshore Vehicles. • Lead the all IT function comprised of 40+ professionals distributed across the locations plus a network of managed service providers for Application, Infrastructure and Security support. • Establish IT strategy for the organization to advance digital transformation, customer experience, cyber-risk mitigation and manufacturing, Shipyard modernization. • Operate the IT landscape of more than 130 applications, 300 servers and 1500 network devices, includes, SAP S4 Hana, Baan, PLM, P6, EVMS, Data Lake, Analytics etc. • Address risk and compliance through a comprehensive NIST maturity program focused on identifying and detecting threats, practicing response and recovery as well as designing compelling training programs for the employee population on the importance of cyber hygiene. • Improve business operations through the execution of strategic projects to implement new software capabilities. • Establish “fit for purpose” approaches to digital transformation and the advancement of customer experience mindset across the enterprise.
