About Snehanshu Harsh
Snehanshu Harsh is an Investment Associate at Equilibrium, where he focuses on mobilizing capital across the firm’s portfolio of carbon removal projects through project finance, offtake agreements, and blended finance structures. His work spans early-stage investment strategy, carbon market structuring, and scaling execution models in the Global South.He began his career at OYO’s real estate investments team, conducting due diligence and financial modeling for long-term asset acquisitions. He later worked in strategy consulting at RedSeer, advising investors and platforms on growth opportunities across emerging sectors.Prior to joining Equilibrium, he held strategic roles in fintech startups, building out product growth, analytics, and operational systems from the ground up.Snehanshu holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi. He brings a cross-sectoral lens to climate investing, bridging financial discipline with operational insight to support the development of scalable, high-integrity carbon projects.
