About Sneha Malhotra

With over eight years of work experience in the IT consulting industry, I have developed core competencies in contract and revenue management, cost projection and invoicing, and business process improvement. I am passionate about delivering value to clients, collaborating with diverse teams, and learning new skills. I am currently a Manager at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest IT services company in India and one of the leading global players in the sector.In my current role, I manage the end-to-end revenue, contracts, and budgetary allocations for the largest client of TCS - Walgreens, a leading pharmacy chain in the US. I strategize on cost reduction, increment plans, and change requests, and track purchase orders for a contract value of approximately $2 billion. I also liaise with the senior management of TCS and project teams across the US and UK on cost analysis, revenue management, and related projections. In addition, I train several newly inducted team members on key business processes and mentor them on best practices. Some of the skills I use in my role are contract management, cost projection, invoicing, and predictive analytics. I have also earned a certification in predictive analytics from IBM, which helps me enhance my analytical and problem-solving abilities.
