About Sneha Lama
I’m Sneha, a Computer Science student at the University of South Florida and currently working as a Security Analyst at Cyber Florida. I genuinely enjoy understanding how systms work, how they break, and how we can build them to be safer and better.Lately, I’ve been working in a SOC environment where I investigate real world alerts using tools like Microsoft Defender (Advanced Hunting), Splunk, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Stamus, VirusTotal, Recorded Future, SecureFeed, ANY.RUN, Hybrid Analysis, and other OSINT tools. I also work with internal dashboards and tools for asset tracking, enrichment, and alert correlation. Alongside cybersecurity, Im interested in software engineering and open to opportunities available. I have build tools used by Security Analysts in SOC which increased work efficiency by 15% and collaborated in a AI tool project too in Cyber Florida. I’ve also built backend applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, testing API using postman.Certifications: Security BTL1, SANS ICS310, SANS ICS410Tech Interests: Software Engineering • Security Engineering • Critical Infrastructure SecurityOutside of tech, I care about giving back.
