I am a motivated Project & Training Coordinator and Senior Mentor with a strong academic foundation in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and hands-on experience in mentoring, training coordination, and team collaboration. I am passionate about guiding individuals, building skills, and creating structured learning environments that drive both personal and professional growth.At NetBounce Placement, I work closely with teams and learners to coordinate training programs, support project execution, and mentor candidates through skill development and career readiness. My role involves collaboration, leadership, and ensuring training outcomes align with organizational and individual goals.Previously, as a Mentor and Private Tutor for students from Grades 1–9, I helped learners achieve significant academic improvement by creating engaging, student-focused learning strategies. My approach emphasizes clarity, critical thinking, and consistent progress tracking, which has earned positive feedback from both students and parents.With a background in pharmacy and drug development, I bring analytical thinking, discipline, and attention to detail into my training and mentoring work.
