Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees. Sourcing qualified CVs & Screening suitable candidates from Jobs Portals, References, Advertisements, and Internal Database based on the Job Description & Specifications provided by client. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Conducting initial screening over phone with the candidates. Forwarding interested candidate’s profiles to client (for client side short listing). Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
