Took the role of Global Recovery Coordinator in Business Continuity Management Team wherein I am solely responsible for maintenance/governance of the Business Continuity Plan.As Quality Coordinator, I am responsible for the smooth execution of ISO Internal and External Audits starting from preparing the schedule of Audits to conduct preparatory sessions with Auditees and internal auditors and coordinate with the third-party audit company.In case of any minor or major non-conformity, help the team with the Root Cause Analysis and thereafter updating the documents on Intranet page. Work on WebMOC tool in case of any updates in documents on Intranet page and track any comments received by the leaders on those documents.Event & Action Tool to track the Opportunities for Improvement/mNC/MNC that arose from the ISO audits and make sure proper actions were taken on time to avoid such instances in the future.Run reports periodically to maintain Contract Compliance in Zycus tool.Using Power BI do the Financial Analysis for Purchasing organization monthly to track the total spend and spend per commercial area and track how we are performing comparing with the target given by finance team.Assess the vendors in Ecovadis tool on the basis of sustainability – environmental impact, labour etc.
