An accomplished HR Leader with cross sector experience which includes Telecom, Media, Financial Services and Healthcare. I have a perfect combination of working with large corporates and smaller set ups. I have gained strong foundational knowledge from big organizations like Times of India & ADAG group and then moved on to a smaller office being always a hands on HR Leader.My 18 plus years of domain experience comprises of scaling up & business partnering for large Multinationals and incubated startups which includes fintech and insurtech businesses along with various automation projects across my career. I have spearheaded the people’s function and have created a difference in the productivity of businesses which have in turn created positive impact on revenues due to the strategic thought in bringing logical solutions to the people and business gaps.
