Supporting the Enterprise Skilling Initiative (ESI) – Azure Training Operations Enabling & Execution (OEE) across global regions, I lead end-to-end scheduling and operations management for Microsoft Azure Certification Programs, ensuring seamless coordination between trainers, partners, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full training delivery pipeline, including intake, scheduling, execution, and quality control.Coordinate Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and large-scale learning events, partnering closely with Microsoft Worldwide Learning (WWL).Serve as a single point of contact for all assigned deliveries, ensuring stakeholder alignment across the lifecycle.Plan, assign, and support trainers and partners based on event plans and trainer availability.Create and manage deliveries in Microsoft’s Learning Management System, including roster and registration link management.Conduct bug analysis, validate registration links, and manage testing for Azure Virtual Training Days, Role-Based Modules, and Blended Learning paths.Ensure all logistical requirements are completed for training success, including evaluation administration and documentation.Resolve conflicts and trigger emergency remediation processes when required.Provide timely support to trainers, distributing delivery materials and addressing queries.Lead quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet SLAs and client protocols.Implement cost optimization strategies, with a focus on reducing local presence costs in the APAC region.Contribute to invoicing strategy to proactively avoid billing discrepancies.Engage with Microsoft stakeholders for strategic planning, execution, and continuous process improvement.
