ABOUT SNEHA DASGUPTA

I work at the intersection of digital manufacturing, automation, and data. My focus is helping pharmaceutical operations run more efficiently by integrating the systems that power modern manufacturing. I’ve supported and led automation and MES initiatives across multiple production and development sites, working closely with engineering, IT, and operations to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions. My experience spans MES lifecycle management, automation integration, system validation, and GMP/cGMP environments. I’ve worked with platforms such as Syncade, DeltaV, OSI PI, Infobatch, and MES–equipment interfaces, and I enjoy solving problems that require both technical depth and cross-functional coordination. Whether it’s integrating data between MES and historians, improving analytics visibility, or planning the automation scope for capital projects, I focus on building systems that make it easier for teams to make informed decisions. In my current role, I manage technical delivery for automation platforms and guide integration across MES, data historians, and process automation technologies. I work with project teams to define requirements, align schedules, ensure validation readiness, and maintain compliance. I also support efforts to improve data flow, strengthen system reliability, and enhance the digital foundation for manufacturing.Earlier, I led global MES lifecycle activities, authored audit trail procedures, streamlined KPI reporting, supported software CAPA reviews, and introduced structured project tracking across a large portfolio. My background in R&D, biomedical analytics, and medical device development gives me a strong foundation in scientific thinking and regulated-system design, which continues to shape how I approach technical challenges today.I’m motivated by building digital systems that last, simplifying complexity, and collaborating with teams to improve how work gets done. If you’re working on digital transformation, automation integration, or manufacturing analytics, I’d be glad to connect.
